Quick answers to common questions before you book your appointment.
How long does permanent makeup last?
Results typically last 1 to 3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and the treatment you choose. We'll go over expected wear and touch-up timing during your consultation so you know what to plan for.
Does the pigment application hurt?
Most clients describe it as a light scratching sensation. We apply a topical numbing cream before we start, which keeps discomfort low and the experience comfortable from beginning to end.
What is the healing process like?
Expect some redness and light swelling for a day or two, then a few days of gentle peeling. The colour softens as it heals, so the final result settles in at around 4 to 6 weeks. We give you clear aftercare instructions to protect your new brows or liner.
What should I do before my appointment?
Avoid caffeine and blood-thinning products like aspirin for 24 hours before your session. Come with clean, makeup-free skin so the pigment applies evenly. If you're unsure about any medication or skin condition, let us know and we'll advise you.
